Under the guidance of Master Shen and Wu, students receive health benefits and learn self-defense skills. Many students improve their health through learning Tai Chi Chuan. Some conditions improve, such as Cancer, Parkinson’s disease, asthma, insomnia, fatigue etc. Our students have obtained successful results from various from competitions around the world . 20 gold medals from push hands competitions.
Therefore, Canadian Cheng Style Tai Chi Chuan Society won its reputation in the Tai Chi society. Tai Chi Chuan promotes health and well-being. We look forward to a brighter future where more people can benefit.
